ESW Headquarters Renovation: A Collaborative Transformation

Grupo Cador is pleased to have completed the renovation of the common areas at ESW’s headquarters in Madrid. The project involved a total transformation of key spaces, ensuring a modern and functional environment. The renovation included:
-
Entrance hall with two welcoming areas
-
Canteen with several environments
-
Boardroom for 14 people
-
Office with several workstations
he renovation project was executed remotely in collaboration with an architecture firm based in Ireland. Despite the challenge, we successfully completed the project in just 1.5 months, working efficiently with our international partners.
One of the standout features of the project is the customized carpentry, such as the canteen furniture and the wooden paneling in the meeting room. We also installed vertical cladding including acoustic palletry and sound-absorbent materials, adding both functionality and style to the space.

We also had the pleasure of working with Sabek, a renowned muralist from Madrid, to create the stunning graffiti in the canteen, bringing a unique artistic element to the design. This project reflects our commitment to ESG values:
-
Environment: Ecological materials used throughout the space
-
Social: Collaboration with a local artist with international recognition
-
Governance: Transparency, ethics, and accountability throughout the project
We’d like to thank ESW for trusting Grupo Cador with this project and for including us in their inaugural event. Our gratitude also goes to Designfolk for their outstanding collaboration, and to IIS Space, our Studio Alliance partner, for making this remote collaboration possible.
