Frequently Asked Questions FAQ
1. What is a turnkey Design & Build project?
It is a model in which a single point of contact manages all phases: design, licenses, construction, installations, carpentry and final delivery ready to use. It provides cost control, guaranteed deadlines and coherence between architecture and interior design.
2. What differentiates Grupo Cador from other contractors?
We integrate design, construction and our own carpentry under a comprehensive model. We add international experience (Studio Alliance) and ESG criteria in each project.
3. In which sectors do you work?
Mainly in corporate offices, hospitality (hotels) and flex living (coliving, student residences, senior living). We also develop educational and retail projects.
4. What is a fit-out of offices or corporate spaces?
The fit-out is the interior adaptation of a space: from technical installations and finishes to furniture and custom carpentry. At Cador, we carry it out on a turnkey basis to guarantee deadlines and aesthetic and functional coherence.
5. What is a fast-track project and when should it be applied?
It is an accelerated execution model in which design and construction advance in parallel. It is ideal for hotel openings, expanding offices or renovations with critical deadlines.
6. What methodology do you use to guarantee quality and deadlines?
We apply BIM to coordinate all disciplines in a single model. This reduces errors, ensures accuracy in costs and allows reliable planning.
7. What sustainability certifications do you manage?
LEED, WELL and BREEAM. In addition, we apply ESG criteria to reduce carbon footprint, energy efficiency and well-being of occupants.
8. Where do you work and how do you manage international projects?
With offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Mexico City, we execute projects in Europe and Latin America through Studio Alliance. We offer a glocal approach: global vision adapted to each local market.
9. Can you integrate with the client's technology providers?
Yes. We collaborate with IT teams and external partners to integrate connectivity, audiovisual, HVAC and MEP solutions from the design stage.
10. What does the aftercare service include?
Post-sales support and maintenance: facility reviews, minor adjustments, continuous attention and quality control so that the space functions at 100% from day one.
