Design and Construction for EVO Banco: A Headquarters and 35 Branches Nationwide
Between 2018 and 2021, Grupo Cador completed the design and construction of the EVO Banco headquarters in Madrid, delivering a corporate workspace that reflects the bank’s digital and innovative identity. The project involved a full fit-out of 5,750 m² across several floors of the building.
In addition to the headquarters, we implemented 35 high-street branches across different locations in Spain, maintaining a consistent and functional aesthetic aligned with EVO’s corporate image. Each branch was designed to provide a modern, accessible, and customer-centric experience.
This project reinforces EVO Banco’s trust in Grupo Cador as a strategic partner in the development of commercial and office spaces. The collaboration enabled the customization of each branch to meet the bank’s operational needs while maintaining a cohesive identity nationwide.
