Scope: Construction and implementation of a new educational facility
Grupo Cador has completed the implementation of the new Vocational Training Center for XTART in Alcorcón, a five-story building with over 5,300 m² of modern educational facilities, designed to accommodate 1,500 students and provide a top-tier learning experience.
Affiliated with Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio (UAX) and developed in partnership with The Valley, the new center includes:

A 565 m² agora hall
The project involved major technical challenges: opening large concrete slabs for systems integration, a complete overhaul of the building’s technical infrastructure, and progressing construction with part of the design still in development—all within a tight deadline.
