Values and Commitments
Cador Espacios has an Integrated Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015, and UNE-EN-ISO 45001:2018 standards. The Management of Cador Espacios is committed to fulfilling and communicating the following values and commitments:
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of processes through the organization's Integrated Management System and its control.
- Management approach oriented to continuous improvement, updating our internal processes and codes of good practice, increasing the quality of our road transport services.
- Comply with customer requirements, mandatory legal and regulatory requirements, and those established internally.
- Promote a culture in the organization that allows anticipating the needs of our customers, with the aim of exceeding their expectations.
- Encourage the participation of workers and their personal and professional development.
- Develop our activities with respect for the environment and protection of biodiversity, through the sustainable use of resources to contribute to environmental protection, sustainable development, and pollution prevention.
- Encourage the participation of workers to continuously improve the effectiveness of processes in terms of quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention, establishing performance indicators, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation thereof, through our Integrated Management System.
- Inform and train workers on the processes of the Integrated Management System and the risks inherent in their work, and on the measures to be adopted for their correct prevention and continuous improvement.
- Achieve a safe working environment through safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and health deterioration, and promote a culture of risk prevention in the workplace.
- Establish processes to identify and evaluate occupational safety and health risks within our activities that allow us to eliminate and reduce them, to prevent damage and deterioration of health.
- Require suppliers and contractors to comply with current legislation on occupational risk prevention.
The Management is committed to providing the necessary human and material resources to comply with the requirements of the activities carried out, the objectives, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System. This IMS policy is reviewed annually for its suitability to the context of the organization and strategic direction. It is communicated and available to relevant interested parties.
