Grupo Cador has been selected by Factorial, a leading technology unicorn in Europe, to design and build its new corporate headquarters in the Illacuna complex, located in the innovative 22@ district of Barcelona.
With an area of 8,000 m², this project responds to the accelerated growth of Factorial, which until now operated in multiple buildings in the area due to its rapid international expansion, incorporating more than 40 employees each week.
The new headquarters will house more than 1,000 employees, combining hybrid work formulas that optimize the face-to-face experience and flexibility.
Becoming a benchmark
Conceived to become a benchmark in workspaces, it seeks to improve employee well-being and promote collaboration. Its design is committed to an innovative and flexible environment, aligned with the company’s values and identity.
The project includes a wide variety of spaces, from concentration areas to high-impact common areas, designed for events and teambuilding activities.
The new offices will incorporate advanced solutions in flexibility, acoustic comfort and technological innovation, ensuring that each space can adapt and evolve according to Factorial’s changing needs.
“Triple E” Sustainability
The complex, in which Factorial will occupy the entire building C (5,600 m²) and two floors of building A (2,400 m²), follows the “Triple E” model (Experience, Environmental, Efficiency), betting on open, sustainable and efficient spaces.
In addition, it has BREEAM environmental certification, an area in which Grupo Cador contributes its experience, optimizing the design and construction processes to ensure that they are efficient and environmentally responsible.
