Grupo Cador announces the appointment of Vicente Redondo as the new General Manager, at a decisive moment for the company, which is facing a new stage of sustained growth, operational transformation, and reinforcement of its positioning against the major operators in the sector.

The incorporation of Redondo responds to Grupo Cador’s desire to take a leap in scale, promote efficiency and digitization of its processes, and consolidate a business model capable of competing in increasingly complex and demanding environments, both nationally and internationally.

With a degree in Business Administration and Management, and an Executive MBA from IE Business School, Redondo has more than 30 years of experience in senior management positions, with a solid track record in growth, team leadership, and corporate strategy. He has developed a large part of his career in the field of real estate and corporate services, where he has led large-scale organizations and operational transformation processes, including his seven years as CEO of CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Spain and Portugal.

A handover aligned with the evolution of the group

Vicente Redondo takes over from Nicolás García Ickes, who has served as General Manager of Grupo Cador and has led a stage of strategic evolution that lays the foundations for the company’s new growth cycle.

During the last year, Grupo Cador has developed relevant projects in the fields of workplace, hospitality, and training, among which the new corporate headquarters of Factorial in Barcelona, the implementation of flex offices for Mutua Madrileña in emblematic buildings in Madrid, the renovation of hotel assets in the capital, and the conversion of buildings for new educational and corporate uses stand out.

This reinforcement of the management structure is in addition to the recent appointment of Ariadna Belver as Business Development Director, within the transformation and growth process that the company is carrying out.
