Huawei – Service Quality Award

Last month, Huawei, a leading multinational technology and innovation company, brought together its 200 national partners to celebrate the success achieved in their joint work, a success that has enabled an even more connected Spain. At this year’s convention, presided over by Tony Jin Yong, CEO of Huawei Spain, the company recognized the contribution and excellence of 14 of its partners, including the Cador Group.

We can only thank Huawei for the Service Quality award that has been granted to us. For us, this award is a confirmation that the efforts made to exceed our client’s expectations have paid off.
Certainly, today it is not enough to have personnel with the necessary experience and training or to design and implement the processes that allow the best service. It is not enough to offer quality products and prices adjusted to the need. In our profession, it is essential to put the client at the center of the activity and want it to be so.

Huawei At Cador, we have realized that it is necessary to change the way we look at things and not see the client as an “uncomfortable logo” that generates income. Thanks to a persistent internal pedagogy resulting from experience, we now see in the client a group of people with a history and a common project. We now seek to know their expectations and, why not, limitations. We want to understand in order to finally collaborate in their plan by offering talent.

Talent? Yes, talent that here is equal to more than 35 years creating and building workspaces with honesty, responsibility and perseverance. And with the positive disposition of all as a multiplier effect of the above. An attitude that each member of Cador has towards their interlocutor, increasing the contact time as much as possible and offering sincerity and commitment.

Really nothing too important or original. Let’s see, they are just offices. It is about putting into practice the irrefutable reasoning that the client is not a distant and differentiated entity. In the end, every client is a group of people who expect from us that old thing of “do what you would like to be done to you”.
