Comprehensive executive project in the hospitality sector
Cador México has developed the comprehensive executive project for architecture and interior design of the new Hampton Inn by Hilton in Mazatlán (Sinaloa). This work reinforces our experience in the design and planning of international hotels for large chains.
With more than 15,000 m², the project has been carried out entirely under BIM methodology, which has allowed us to coordinate all disciplines in a single model, guaranteeing precision, traceability, and efficiency from the design phase.
In addition, our team has managed the subcontracting and coordination of technical specialties (structure, installations, and special projects), ensuring the integration of all elements in a solid project prepared for execution.

Project challenges
- Coordinate a large-scale hotel development (15,000 m²) with multiple disciplines.
- Integrate architecture, interior design, and installations into a single model.
- Meet Hilton's international standards from the design phase.
- Ensure the project's viability for future execution without deviations.

Implemented solutions
- BIM 360° Methodology applied to architecture, interior design, and installations.
- Comprehensive management of specialties (structure, MEP, special projects).
- Coordination with engineering firms and local partners such as DDP and Ingenor.
- Development of an executive project aligned with Hilton standards and with sustainability and efficiency criteria.

Results
- An executive project of +15,000 m² that will allow the development of the new Hampton Inn by Hilton Mazatlán.
- Complete and coordinated technical documentation, which facilitates subsequent execution without interference or cost overruns.
- Reinforcement of Grupo Cador's trajectory in international hospitality, with more than 50,000 m² designed for Hilton in projects such as DoubleTree Shymkent (Kazakhstan) and DoubleTree Mazatlán
- Contribution to the growth of Mazatlán as a leading tourist destination, betting on functional, sustainable, and high-level hotel spaces.
