At Cador, we have completed the construction of Loom’s coworking space.
Merlin Properties selected Grupo Cador to execute the Loom coworking environment at Castellana 93, tailored for their tenant, Busuu.
Key features of the project include dedicated phone booths for concentration, custom lockers, vinyl graphics on meeting room partitions, a wooden-finished office area, and a dining space.
