Hampton Inn by Hilton in Mazatlán: Full-Scope Design and Collaborative Execution
We’re excited to contribute to the tourism growth in Mazatlán and deeply thankful to all the collaborators who helped make this project a reality — especially DDP and Ingenor for their outstanding partnership and professionalism.

We are proud to announce that Grupo Cador Mexico has led the comprehensive architectural and interior design project for the new Hampton Inn by Hilton in Mazatlán, Sinaloa — a new milestone that strengthens our expertise in the hospitality sector.
This over 15,000 m² development was executed entirely using BIM methodology, allowing us to maintain total control over every stage of the project while ensuring a coordinated and high-quality delivery. Our team also managed the outsourcing and coordination of all key specialties, including structural engineering, MEP systems, and special projects, ensuring seamless integration from design to execution.
This hotel joins our growing portfolio of hospitality projects, including the DoubleTree by Hilton Shymkent (Kazakhstan) and the DoubleTree Mazatlán, with a total of over 50,000 m² developed for Hilton.
We’re excited to contribute to the tourism growth in Mazatlán and deeply thankful to all the collaborators who helped make this project a reality — especially DDP and Ingenor for their outstanding partnership and professionalism.
