MANTEQUERÍAS ARIAS commissioned GRUPO CADOR to design and build its new headquarters in Madrid.
The company, with over 170 years of history, leads the Spanish dairy industry and is part of SAVENCIA Saveurs & Spécialités, a French multinational group. BURGO DE ARIAS, ANGULO, BOFFARD, or CAPRICE DES DIEUX –besides their popular butter– are just some of the brands through which the company is present in the vast majority of our households.
Their new facilities are located in the heart of the capital’s business district. With an area of about 1,000 sqm, employees can enjoy a modern, bright workspace designed to efficiently handle the company’s work processes and highlight their commitment to innovation, quality, and people.
