Grupo Cador has designed and built the new headquarters for Sercide in Madrid under a turnkey model.
The space is tailored to support the company’s growth, featuring a layout that promotes both focused work and collaborative dynamics.
The design emphasizes sustainability, acoustic comfort, and a biophilic approach through warm materials and smart zoning.
After a first collaboration in 2020, Grupo Cador has completed the new corporate office for Sercide, a leading company in energy distribution. The project delivers a fully customized turnkey solution, occupying an entire floor optimized for scalability and team expansion.
The space is organized into two functional zones: a formal work area with individual desks and offices, and social areas that include collaborative workspaces, a dining room, meeting rooms, and a modular training room that can be divided into three spaces.
The design promotes employee well-being and productivity through the use of natural materials like wood and indoor plants, along with acoustic solutions such as double-glazed partitions and sound-absorbing panels.
Sustainability was a key factor, with part of the existing furniture being reused and integrated into the new layout. The result is a scalable, warm, and efficient workplace ready to support Sercide’s future growth.
