This project faced several challenges: a 4,500 m² building distributed over seven floors, tight deadlines, and the coordination of a wide range of materials and stakeholders.

The outcome is a workspace with exceptional finishes, completed in a record time of four months.

With custom carpentry on each floor and interactive common areas like the second-floor pantry featuring a ‘beer island’ and direct access to the outdoor patio, this centre offers more than just a functional office.

Its modern finishes, panoramic views of one of Madrid’s most iconic streets, and diverse flexible spaces set a new standard for work environments.
