From Car Dealership to State-of-the-Art Laboratory in 8 Months
Grupo Cador carried out the conversion of a former car dealership into a state-of-the-art laboratory in Getafe, a project of 10,000 m² (30,000 m² built) developed in just 8 months.
The scope included both the plot (building, MEP installations, BREEAM management, and Green Taxonomy) and the offices (workplace strategy, interior design, architecture, fit-out, custom carpentry, and furniture).
