EMPARK by Cador
GRUPO CADOR took on the design and the fit-out works of their headquarters in Madrid.
EMPARK, S.A. leads the parking and mobility sector in Spain and Portugal, as well as internationally. Present in 188 cities in Spain, Portugal, UK, Andorra, and Turkey, it is responsible for over 455,000 parking spaces, facilitating the mobility of 150 million people and helping them optimize their time.
EMPARK’s new offices –with an area of 1,800 sqm– offer adapted, adaptable, and convenient spaces where employees are the main focus, and their flexible and dynamic spaces foster collaboration and teamwork.
We designed resting areas to hang out and eat, as well as collaboration areas to work in a more informal way, focus, and brainstorm. We strived to eliminate any visual barriers and light obstructions, seeking to promote well-being, which together with the design of spaces for their own purpose (meetings, privacy, etc.) provide a wide range of solutions focused on the employee.
