We are pleased to announce that Grupo Cador is once again a candidate in the “Best Implementation” category at the 9th edition of the Premios AEO, organized by the Spanish Association of Offices (AEO). This nomination recognizes our work on the new global headquarters of Ebury in Madrid, located on Paseo del General Perón, opposite the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
The project, with 2,600 m² on a single floor and 260 workstations, is the company’s largest office worldwide, even surpassing the one in London. Designed under a flexible, collaborative, and sustainable model, it responds to Ebury’s strong growth and its commitment to an environment focused on people, collaboration, and corporate identity.
Our team took on all phases of the project with a turnkey approach, including:
- Workplace strategy to align space and corporate strategy.
- Interior design and architecture adapted to new ways of working.
- License and construction management, with fast-track solutions.
- Furniture, installations, and advanced technology, guaranteeing efficiency and global connectivity.
The new headquarters is distinguished by its flexibility and versatility: auditoriums with mobile partitions, configurable spaces, phone booths, wellness room, informal meeting coffee points, and state-of-the-art technological integration with large-format screens and hybrid systems.
This nomination is especially relevant because it is the second consecutive year in which Grupo Cador has competed in the Best Implementation category, following the recognition received in 2023 for the project of the Bridgestone Mobility Solutions offices in Barcelona.
In addition, our collaboration with Ebury goes beyond Madrid: we have developed its offices in other cities in Spain and are currently supporting the company in its international expansion plan, providing a glocal design and construction model that ensures global coherence with local adaptation.
