Sustainability and innovation in the service of Smart Working

More efficient management of people is now possible thanks to the latest technologies and new sustainable policies.

After a global pandemic and currently the war in Ukraine, the priorities of people and companies have changed.

Although the world really changed for people the moment technology came into play and you could talk to a person in Paris, thanks to video calls, as well as being able to have a meal in the Eiffel Tower without leaving home.

Technology allows us to interact with the environment at any time and anywhere in the world. This made us more global. It allowed us to have greater capacity when managing time to be more efficient.

With technologies and the change in people’s values, driven by the pandemic and the war, people are prioritizing family, health and well-being over the economy, which means we have to study new work models to make people happy in their daily activity.

Happiness = Productivity

Happy workers are more productive, and that is the challenge for companies, to create more attractive spaces for workers to enjoy in their jobs.

Smart WorkingThanks to data, we can study the behavior of people, and we can make “going to the office Smart”, we can design spaces where we feel more comfortable when working and are more productive.

But there is another very important point to take into account when designing wellness workspaces, something that has been with us for some time and that is increasingly accessible, sustainability, as a way of life, not only because carrying out sustainable actions will leave us a better world, it is because if we apply it to the world of design (sustainable materials) it allows us to build spaces where we have a higher quality of life.

Paints that oxygenate the environment, anti-mite floors, etc. Multifunctional spaces with the possibility of transforming according to needs in different collaboration spaces, less polluting facilities (both furniture and air conditioning) that improve the quality of the environment. Uniting technology and sustainability when designing workspaces, makes it easier for us to create spaces where talent enjoys, is more efficient and grows as a person.

A fundamental value when looking for a job is that, in addition to the job making you happy, it also makes you grow professionally.

Our challenge is to achieve more efficient spaces, combining experience and technology, which allows us to study the behavior and use of spaces, to create more comfortable and functional spaces.

Building sustainably, we create healthy spaces (Wellness Design) with low or zero energy expenditure and carbon footprint.

Smart Working

Smart Working

Once we introduce the staff into the variable and once the ideal space has been created, we must tailor the suit to each worker, a suit that will vary according to each vital moment and companies must adapt to their needs “work must adapt to your way of life” (smart working).

In addition, we must continue using technology to make your day-to-day life an excellent experience in the office, that work makes us happy and that will have a positive impact on the company’s income statement.

Every transformation is a challenge and has a cost, but the path should always be enriching.

It is time to think about transforming your workplace, using technology and through a sustainable strategy, which will mean that we have Smart working with talent, and this will have an impact on the growth of the income statement.
We are in a time of change and we must know how to change.
